Mileage Claim Form

This form can be used to request a mileage claim at the standard rate (£0.45 per mile) for one of the following three reasons:

• Transporting leader or young person to an event.
• Towing the trailer to an event
• The round trip to an event where the distance travelled is greater than or equal to 50 miles.
