• Located in a quiet village north of King’s Lynn, on the disused railway line between King’s Lynn and Hunstanton.
• Close to the North Norfolk coast, countryside and the Sandringham Royal Estate.
• We offer a large hall with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen, a separate Leaders/Meeting room and toilet facilities.
• Being based on a disused railway line we offer plenty of flat outdoor space and are surrounded on three sides by common land.
